The project has a total construction area of about 520,000 square meters and consists of two high-rise buildings and a podium. The main tower has a total of 100 floors, and the podium covers Chongqing Impression City, super-class office space, high-rise skyline hotel, urban sightseeing floor and so on. The auxiliary tower with a height of about 181 meters will be used for office, business hotel and other supporting facilities. In terms of various formats, Luhai International Center, which integrates fashion business, super-class office space and skyline luxury hotel, is already a super TOD complex with composite functions, international vision and urban culture.

Inspired by the cultural heritage and humanistic spirit of the mountain city, the project design injects international elements and refreshes the Chongqing skyline with a height of 458 meters.

Since the main structure was capped in June last year, the Luhai International Center has been promoting the project construction as planned. The sub-tower Luhai International Center 181 has previously completed the installation of the facade. The long-term "Chongqing Impression City" will be officially unveiled on September 28 as the first format open to the public. The main tower of concern, the recent focus of the project is mainly around the facade curtain wall installation.

The "Pro + Award" objectively reflects the outstanding achievements in the process of urban development and construction with professionalism and feelings, promotes architectural innovation, encourages low-carbon practices, and comprehensively considers the design, construction, and operation of the project. Factors such as the situation have selected a model project with wonderful multiculturalism, meeting people's needs, and innovative technology applications.

In the future, Forcitis will continue to uphold the original intention of "building a beautiful city together," create people-oriented, low-carbon green and sustainable urban buildings with customers, and promote the high-quality development of the real estate industry.
