Project background
The Shopping Center Project of Chengdu Tianfu·Investment Promotion Garden City is located in the central business district of Tianfu New District Headquarters Base, the CBD of the future city. The Investment Promotion Times Park Project Complex covers a total area of 787 acres, with a total volume of nearly 3 million ㎡, including super-A office buildings, shopping centers, park commercial streets, five-star hotels, boutique houses and high-end apartments. The total volume of Shopping Center Project of Chengdu Tianfu·Investment Promotion Garden City is 120,000㎡. Five rail transit lines are directly connected, and it is connected with lines 1 and 18, and the travel rate of green transportation is up to 85%.

Design idea
The design concept of the project is "Roaming in Natural Wonderland". Taking the rich layered landform and multi-dimensional ecology of terraced fields as the main design intention of the building, it highlights the organic blending of architecture and nature from outside to inside and from south to north, which is in line with the positioning of "Ecological Immersive Family Shopping Center" of the project. The core theme of Garden City 2.0 from outside to core is highlighted. Taking the typical green plant "Bamboo" in Chengdu as the design intention, the vertical lines are adopted in the facade and tower of the podium building, which are abstracted as tall and unique texture features. In addition, the scheme combines the unique natural landscape of Sichuan in the shopping center, and abstracts it into several bright spots, echoing the theme of roaming natural wonders.

Facade design
Atrium
Atrium facade is an important joint of the project. If the owner requires high permeability of facade, the full glass effect displayed by large plate is required. Of which, the single glass block covers an area of 11㎡, and the load-bearing safety of glass is the design focus; The integral glass box is a steel structure, so that it is necessary to minimize the influence of the opposite sides of beams and columns. The overall height of steel plate ribs is up to 25m, and steel beams are disconnected in the middle position.

Atrium should highlight its volume relationship and show the transparency effect to the greatest extent. The glass area of atrium facade is 1075㎡ (43m in width and 25m in height), which is separated by 2.15m*5m glass.

For the daylighting roof, the total length of glass is 43m, the width of glass is 35m and the total area is 1505㎡. Colored glazed glass accounts for about 1/2, and a single glass plate is a 2.5m equilateral triangle. In terms of scene and content dimension, after the completion of the project, the scale of the first ecological naked-eye 3D screen in Tianfu New District is up to 660㎡, which is located at the main entrance of the project and is highly intimated.
T1 main entrance
The facade at the main entrance should be a 11.5m-high frame glass facade, and the glass should be the ultra clear glass, so that the lobby has the best sense of transparency, and the canopy should be the aluminum canopy without tie rod. aluminum panel canopy is used at entrances of clubhouse on the 6th floor, the entrance retreats and the canopy extends 1.5m from the entrance, which can not only meet the fire protection standards, but also have a sense of entrance guidance.
Tower
Horizontal & transparent glass facade is used at the corner of the tower body, and ultra clear glass is matched with lamp tube effect to form a general glass box. The unit plate of the standard floor is spliced with the frame glass facade at the corner. The material splicing of glass and aluminum panel is the design focus. When the opening part is high from the ground, it is necessary to consider designing a window opener; There are three different sizes of decorative lines on the facade, which are irregularly assembled to form a facade shape.

The suspended sash window has less occlusion for the visual field, which makes the facade clean and tidy.
Apartment
For apartment, the 750-wide outward casement windows are used to ensure ventilation effect and permeability, thus saving costs.
