The project is located in the Fuqiang area of Chashan Street, Tianning District, with a construction area of 232000 square meters. It is embedded at the midpoint of the transportation artery Zhongwu Avenue, where Metro Line 1 and the planned Line 4 intersect, providing a north-south thoroughfare and a superior geographical location.

On May 30, 2024, the brilliant commercial star map of East China added another pole, creating a new commercial chapter in the precision casting of the Wanxiang series. Changzhou Wanxiang City adheres to the "Tea Mountain Culture" and deeply explores the spiritual charm of "Jiangnan Longcheng". With unique craftsmanship, art and tea are intertwined. Through new artistic design techniques, it analyzes, constructs, and depicts the thousands of aspects belonging to "tea", endowing space with poetry and creating a commercial atmosphere with regional characteristics. It invites the public to appreciate the poetry and philosophy hidden in the beauty of things.

The elliptical top configuration directly above the main entrance in the northwest corner adopts a vertical and horizontal hidden glass curtain wall system with a staggered design of an aluminum plate curtain wall in the middle, with a gradual three-dimensional expression form. The five layers of glass directly fall to the ground, and with the help of the separation of the canopy and the upper volume, it creates a magnificent visual effect.

Looking down at the transition, a three-layer high point glass curtain wall system is used above the main entrance, which is made of double-layer ultra white glass material, significantly enhancing the brightness and transparency of the entrance area.

The rain canopy directly above the main entrance is made of stainless steel plate, lined with honeycomb core, and the ceiling is tightly assembled. The corners are grooved to ensure their flatness and sense of lines.

Located on the first and second floors of the main storefront along the street, a high rise glass curtain wall is installed, using an exquisite component type vertical and horizontal hidden glass curtain wall system. To weaken the visual perception of the members, the columns are made of 250 * 70 * 6mm welded steel square pipes and 70 * 21mm decorative covers. The horizontal beams are discarded, providing unobstructed visibility. The application of ultra white and high transparency tempered glass adds a touch of crystal clarity, better meeting the display needs of the store.

Gradient aluminum curtain walls with three or more floors on each facade are arranged in a staggered honeycomb aluminum panel pattern, interwoven with different colors (gold and silver gray), like flowing ribbons, giving the building a light and dynamic appearance.

The ceramic panel+aluminum panel gradient curtain wall system located on the north and west facades adopts a combination of slotted aluminum panels (width gradient) and colorful ceramic panels, providing visual enjoyment in different positions and offering various installation methods such as vertical and horizontal installation.

The perforated aluminum plate ceiling located on the third floor of the northeast corner adopts the aesthetic concept of looking up at the stars, and is designed with a perforated matrix. It is lined with transparent panels. The main keel of the ceiling is made of 120 * 80 * 4 hot-dip galvanized steel square tubes, and the crossbeam is made of 50 * 50 * 4 hot-dip galvanized steel square tubes. The panel is made of tightly assembled aluminum plate system to maximize the completeness of the landing effect. When night falls, the light spot passes through the pores, weaving the Milky Way pouring out, interweaving space and light and shadow, creating a poetic atmosphere.

Through dimensional modeling and perforation optimization, carefully selected hole shapes and styles, using standardized modules, aiming to simplify the manufacturing process, improve construction convenience, and balance aesthetics and efficiency.

The project ingeniously plans multiple lighting roofs to enhance natural lighting. The glass of the glass daylighting roof system is made of three pieces of ultra white and white glazed point interlayer hollow glass, which also has self shading function. The indoor and outdoor scenery seamlessly connects, creating a harmonious and pleasing appearance.

The project customizes diverse canopy designs based on on-site and functional requirements, such as installing glass canopies above the entrance of shops along the street, which not only meets standards but also presents a minimalist aesthetic. The facade lines are smooth and pure and elegant.

Above the evacuation door, an aluminum veneer style rain canopy is used, which is neat and straight, but each has its own characteristics and integrates with the surrounding facade.

In the southwest corner, a stainless steel plate lined honeycomb core corner aluminum plate canopy style is selected above the secondary entrance, which is exquisite and slender, meeting the functional requirements while also being beautiful and elegant.
