The D29 and D31 plots included in the Wenzhou Impression City MEGA project are located in the " Central Green Axis Plate " of Lucheng District, Wenzhou, and are located on the southwest side of the intersection of Shifu Road and Jinjiang Road. The central green axis is one of the core sections of Wenzhou 's 13th Five-Year Plan, and also occupies the position of the cross axis of the core urban area. It is a hot construction section integrating government affairs, culture, housing, education, leisure and entertainment in Wenzhou in recent years.


As a commercial part of the important living facilities of urban residents in the plate, Wenzhou Impression City MEGA has been the focus of the city center from the beginning. It shoulders the function of " urban central living room " and radiates the cultural and entertainment consumption demand of the whole southern Zhejiang area.

Wenzhou Impression City MEGA is created by Benoy. Compared with the traditional box impression city, Benoy has experimented with more unique expressions in the overall planning, architectural design and interior design of the Wenzhou impression city MEGA.


FORCITIS is fortunate to become the curtain wall consultant of this project, providing a series of services in various links such as project start-up, scheme consultation, bidding consultation and construction landing. In the early stage of the scheme design, the owner and the scheme company communicated with each other many times for the highlights of the project, understood the design intention of the architect, studied the facade characteristics of the curtain wall system, provided the scheme comparison and selection documents, and finally determined the material use and connection form of the system. In the later stage, the safety demonstration of curtain wall drawings was carried out, and the bidding was assisted, as well as the on-site construction quality inspection, until the project was implemented.

The system is located in the main entrance lobby, the second floor through the high, in the early stage of design, the team on the curtain wall form, keel, glass panel performance, scheme effect, cost and so on has carried on the detailed comparison.

The curtain wall forms of the main entrance are compared : full glass curtain wall, point cable curtain wall and other system forms. Finally, considering the factors of later maintenance and main body stress, the system form of fluorocarbon sprayed steel keel and stainless steel fixture is selected.


At the same time, considering the permeability of the main entrance facade, double super white laminated glass ( 12 + 1.52PVB + 12mm ) is used in the selection of glass to avoid the impermeability caused by glass hollow lamination and glass coating. The thermal performance is weighed by the overall thermal performance of the building to ensure that the thermal performance meets the requirements.

Gradual color glaze point glass curtain wall


The system is located in the northwest corner of the 4-story ~ roof, showing ' L ' type 3D digitally printed gradient glazed glass. The panel adopts 8 + 1.52pvb + 8mm tempered glued glaze glass. Due to many gradual changes, the ordinary process cannot be satisfied. After consulting a number of glass deep processing plants, 3D digital printing technology was adopted and finally realized.

The standard plate is divided into 1000 * 3000mm, and the glass panel is fixed by stainless steel fixture to improve the glass glaze and achieve the best effect.

Chic and novel modeling curtain wall

In the early stage, after the entity sample and proofing, it was finally confirmed that the punching rate was 35 % and the diameter of the round hole was 15 mm. The panel finally presents a geometric vertebral body shape, lined with floodlighting, showing the shape of one after another.

Component type inclined aluminum pull net curtain wall


The system is located in the terrace position. The net aluminum veneer is a new type of net material that uses high-quality aluminum alloy plate as the substrate, and then is formed by numerical control bending and other technologies. The surface is sprayed with decorative coatings. It is light in weight, good in steel, high in strength, recyclable, environmentally friendly, and easy to install. It is processed into a unit plate in the factory and pulled to the site for direct installation and fixation.

After the selection, design, cost calculation, sample and confirmation of the mesh size, the mesh moment is finally confirmed to be 150mm wide x75mm high, and the stem height is 20mm.

Component type polycarbonate plate curtain wall


The system is located in the southeast corner of the project and part of the east facade. The panel adopts a new material polycarbonate, which has high strength and good light transmittance. It has excellent properties such as light weight, weather resistance, flame retardant and sound insulation, which are better than glass.

The single block size of the polycarbonate plate is 500 * 6000, the thickness is 40 mm, and the plate and the plate are interlocking with each other to achieve the close matching effect.

Colorful freehand composite aluminum plate railings 



The landscape ladder part of the railings adopts the magic color aluminum composite board, and the 5mm slit treatment can present different visual effects in the sun, orange, red and other colors, forming a beautiful landscape line on the central green axis, such as the ribbon freehand and vitality.

Energy-saving and low-carbon ecological MALL 



Under the guidance of the concept of green building, Wenzhou impression city MEGA aims to create an ecological and healthy MALL. FORCITIS Foster also follows the concept of energy saving and low carbon in the design of the facade of the project, and pursues the ultimate balance between performance and cost. The project also introduces a number of energy-saving and environmental protection measures, such as rainwater harvesting systems and high-efficiency inverter air-conditioning units. In May 2020, it was pre-certified by the U.S. Green Building Council as an international green building LEED gold-level pre-certification.
